WHAT IS CLEARPAY?

CLEARPAY is a service that allows our customers to make purchases now and pay for them later. Payments are broken up into 4 equal installments, and are made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DO I USE IT FOR KIDS TOYS ON CLEARPAY?

At checkout on the PomPom website, choose CLEARPAY as your payment method. You’ll be directed to the CLEARPAY website, where you’ll register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard only). If you’ve already used CLEARPAY, just log into your CLEARPAY account. Then complete your order—it’s seriously that simple! 

HOW DOES THE CLEARPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK? 

All CLEARPAY customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically from your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you’d like to make additional unscheduled payments before they’re due, just log into your CLEARPAY account to make an early payment. Click here for complete terms.

WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

CLEARPAY will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with CLEARPAY and will give you till 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee (£6) for a missed payment that is not resolved.

CAN I PAY FOR POMPOM TOYS ON CLEARPAY?

Yes, you can! You can pay for all our toys using CLEARPAY. You may find it particularly helpful for the more expensive products, such as our Pikler Triangle UK or wooden balance board. 

However many of our customer use it for smaller items, such as our wooden tea set or personalised gardening tools or animal slippers.
