Kids and Beasts Rug

MiniKnots childrens' carpet designs combine colourful and familiar motifs from nature and the world around us. Lively and textural, not only is each piece a beautiful addition to a child’s bedroom or playroom, but also playful and stimulating.  They are a work of art, ready to be played on!

The rugs are created using a unique and distinct technique.  The backgrounds are kilim (flatwoven) and the motifs and figures are carpet (knotted), which gives an added sense of depth to each piece.  

MiniKnots rugs are fair trade.  The carpets are handwoven on traditional looms in Anatolia by women to support rural sustainable enterprise in Turkey.
